Where intelligent design
meets effortless living

Modus Vivendi means “a way of living”.
So every project begins with understanding yours.

Before we talk about technology, we talk about you. Your family, your routines, the way you use your home and the things that matter most when you’re there.

Because the best technology isn’t the technology you notice. It’s the technology that feels instinctive, enhancing how your home looks, sounds and feels without ever getting in the way.

We’ve worked this way since 2005. We listen first, then design exactly what fits. Nothing added simply because we can. Nothing complicated for the sake of it. Just beautifully considered technology, designed around the way you live.
