Our Client
The Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation were renovating their new offices and required a specialist audio-visual solution, to support day-to-day communication and presentation across the premises.
The Brief
The brief was to design, supply, and install audio-visual and presentation systems that met the client’s operational requirements. Alongside boardroom communication, the offices also required audio support for functions and events, making flexibility and dependable performance important from the outset.
Our Solution
Modus Vivendi developed and delivered an audio-visual scheme aligned to the needs of the renovated office environment, working through the appointed electrical contractor to provide a more coherent overall solution. A Polycom video conferencing system was installed in the main boardroom to support the client’s international business operations, while distributed audio was integrated to enhance functions and events held across the premises. The result was a more capable workplace environment, with communication and presentation systems resolved in a way that supported both formal meetings and wider hospitality use.
