Our Client
Modus Vivendi were appointed by Rydon Homes to support a residential development in Felbridge, near East Grinstead. The brief was to give each property a stronger technology foundation at build stage, so future purchasers could move into homes that already felt connected, practical, and ready for modern day-to-day demands.
The Brief
The project needed a comprehensive pre-wired cabling strategy across every property, covering audio-visual, control, and data infrastructure without forcing buyers into immediate upgrades after handover. The aim was to make the homes easier to live in from the outset while keeping future system choices open.
Our Solution
Modus Vivendi provided the core cabling infrastructure, TV points, and communal aerial and satellite distribution across the development, giving each property a practical technology foundation from first occupancy.
The show home was fitted out with a more complete system, demonstrating how control, entertainment, and connectivity could work together in daily use. This allowed the development to present not only the infrastructure behind each property, but also the fuller connected living experience available to future purchasers.
