Our Client
Poggenpohl Mayfair is a client-facing showroom environment designed around presentation quality, product display and a polished visitor experience. As a commercial space, the technology needed to support lighting control, audio, connectivity and security without interrupting the visual language of the showroom.
The client appointed Modus Vivendi to provide a discreet, reliable and easy-to-manage system that could support daily showroom operation. The priority was to create a professional environment where technology enhanced presentation, atmosphere and usability while remaining integrated within the design.
The Brief
The project called for a coordinated system across the showroom’s display areas, entrance, office, presentation space, and technical back-of-house infrastructure. Lighting needed to support the visual quality of the displays, while audio, CCTV, control, and networking had to be integrated in a way that remained discreet and reliable. As a public-facing commercial environment, the space also required simple day-to-day operation without adding unnecessary technical complexity for staff.
Our Solution
The solution was structured around a centralised technical backbone, allowing control, lighting, audio, networking, and CCTV to operate as one coherent showroom environment. Rako wired DALI lighting control was used to manage display and presentation areas with greater precision, helping the showroom maintain a consistent visual standard across different zones. Audio distribution was integrated across key parts of the space through Sonos amplification and Triad ceiling speakers, while Crestron control provided a clear point of interaction where more advanced control was needed. Dahua CCTV and managed networking supported operational oversight and day-to-day reliability without disrupting the design of the showroom itself. The result was a commercial environment where lighting, sound, control, and security were resolved in a measured way, supporting both presentation quality and practical daily use.
