Our Client
Following a referral from the client’s architect, Modus Vivendi were appointed to design, supply, and install an integrated audio-visual and control system for a home in Primrose Hill. The scheme was intended to support day-to-day living more naturally, while improving entertainment and usability across multiple areas of the property
The Brief
The brief was to deliver a coherent multi-room audio-visual and control system, incorporating distributed audio, local room control, whole-home lighting control, and a more relaxed basement cinema space. The challenge was to bring these elements together in a way that felt intuitive and unobtrusive within the wider home.
Our Solution
Modus Vivendi designed and installed an integrated system combining Sonos for distributed audio, Control4 for local room control and integration, and Lutron HomeWorks lighting control throughout the property. A lifestyle cinema room was incorporated within the basement as part of the wider scheme, allowing entertainment to sit comfortably within the home rather than feeling separate from it. The result was a more usable, more coordinated environment with simpler control and a better day-to-day experience for the client.
