Our Client
We were recommended to the client by a project management company we had worked with on several earlier projects. They had purchased a property in Sevenoaks with plans for a full renovation and partial ground-floor extension and wanted the technology strategy resolved properly from the outset.
The Brief
The brief was to create a multi-purpose entertainment scheme that extended beyond one viewing area. Distributed audio and video, strong Wi-Fi & networking, lighting control, gate entry, and outdoor audio all needed to be coordinated across the house and grounds without compromising the interior design direction.
Our Solution
We began by inviting the client to our Maidstone showroom so they could experience suitable system options and refine the brief with more confidence. Working alongside the interior designers, we then shaped the scheme around discreet integration, using hidden and discreet speakers, concealed subwoofers within joinery, and bespoke front-wall detailing in the main entertainment space to preserve a sleek, contemporary finish. Across the wider property, we coordinated Wi-Fi & networking coverage through heatmap planning, extended connectivity as far as the pool house, integrated lighting control with the house control platform, added intercom gate entry, and enabled multi-room music streaming for a more coherent day-to-day experience.
