Our Client
This project grew from an existing client relationship first established during the Covid lockdown. After completing upgrades to the lounge audio system, Wi-Fi and CCTV across the property, Modus Vivendi was asked to advise on a new outbuilding intended for a more ambitious next stage.
The client appointed Modus Vivendi to support a dedicated leisure space that could combine performance, entertainment and everyday usability. The priority was to create a reliable and easy-to-manage golf simulator environment that felt integrated into the wider home rather than treated as a separate technical add-on.
The Brief
The client wanted a dedicated simulator environment that would work for both serious golf practice and relaxed family use. The space was still being constructed, so key dimensions, especially ceiling height and swing clearance for left- and right-handed players, had to be resolved before the building was completed.
Our Solution
Modus Vivendi advised on the building specification early, helping shape the space around the practical demands of simulator use rather than treating technology as an afterthought. This ensured the room proportions, swing clearance, and screen arrangement were considered properly before installation began. The finished scheme combined accurate simulation, intuitive control, and a more connected wider home environment. Alongside the golf suite, earlier upgrades to Wi-Fi and CCTV improved coverage, streaming reliability, and day-to-day security across the property. The result is a Golf Simulator Suite that supports both focused game improvement and more social family entertainment.
