CRESTRON
DEALER & INSTALLER

MODUS OPERANDI

CRESTRON DESIGN, INSTALLATION & PROGRAMMING

Modus operandi is Latin for “a way of operating”. For us, it describes the way we work as a Crestron dealer. Our Crestron projects begin with how you live. We design and programme systems for homes across London, Kent and the Home Counties, shaping each one around the property, the people using it and the experience it needs to create, with ongoing support as the home evolves.

Our experience includes the Horsham whole-home Crestron project, a substantial new-build family residence of approximately 15,000 sq ft. Crestron Home coordinates lighting, climate control, security, gate entry, CCTV, intruder alarm and entertainment across the property, including a dedicated home cinema, gym and games room.

CRESTRON HOME BENEFITS

What Crestron Home Brings to the Home

Whole-Home Control

Lighting, shading, climate, security, audio and video come together through one familiar interface, reducing separate apps, remotes and controls.

Rooms & Routines

Scenes, schedules and room controls are programmed around the property, household and everyday routines, so each response feels clear and familiar.

LIGHT, SHADE & COMFORT

Lighting and shading work alongside climate control to support comfort, atmosphere and the way each space is used.

Programming & Commissioning

Modus Vivendi coordinates Crestron Home installation, programming, testing and commissioning as one considered process from design through to handover.

Support & Upgrades

Ongoing support keeps the system performing reliably as requirements change, with updates and upgrades planned around the home.

CRESTRON HOME FOR WHOLE-HOME CONTROL

Crestron Home is particularly suited to larger or more complex residences, where lighting and shading, climate, security and entertainment need to work together as one considered Smart Home Integration system.

Modus Vivendi designs and programmes each Crestron Home system around the property and the people using it, creating intuitive control through touchscreens, keypads and mobile devices, with ongoing support as your home and needs change over time.

EXPERIENCE CRESTRON HOME

Control becomes easier to understand through use. The feel of a keypad, the pace of a scene and the ease of moving from one room to another reveal how naturally the system can live in the home.

At our Maidstone showroom, clients and professional teams can experience Crestron lighting, shading, entertainment and whole-home control through real interfaces, scenes and room responses before specification is complete.

Crestron Home systems are individually designed, so costs vary according to the property, number of rooms, integrated functions, interface selection and programming requirements. Let’s have a conversation about what would be suitable for your home.

3. When is the best time to involve a Crestron Home installer?

The best time to involve a Crestron Home installer is during the design stage, while cabling routes, control points, equipment locations and service access remain open to coordination. Early involvement aligns the Crestron Home installation with the architecture, interior design and cost plan.
